When will my order arrive?+
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery timing depends on your location, and the current shipping policy estimates 6 to 15 days after processing.
What is the return window?+
You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?+
Email Penelope’s with your order number and the reason for your return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or defective.
Where do I choose options or complete checkout?+
Product options and checkout continue in the Penelope’s store when you select View in store.
